Who are we?
Basic Sailing at Monksville Reservoir
We are a non-profit, all volunteer organization dedicated to education and the shared enjoyment of sailing.
We offer various sailing and sailing-related courses to qualified individuals and groups interested in learning. We work together to increase each others sailing knowledge and skills - everyone gains from the experiences.
We are also a sailing club with many sailing activities such as cruising, chartered trips, day and weekend sailing, racing, parties and other social events.
It is not necessary to own a boat to enjoy sailing, and members are always willing and eager to share their experience, knowledge as well as opportunities to crew.
The club owns several boats that are available for training and enjoyment.
The Bergen Chapter of SEAS serves Bergen County, New Jersey as well as all nearby areas. Living in Bergen County (or even NJ) is NOT necessary to join the Bergen chapter. National as well as International members and associate members are welcome.
